How can I change the DNS servers used on my Helix Fi?
Morning,
I was wondering how I could change the primary and secondary DNS servers on my Helix Fi via the web gateway (10.0.0.1)? Currently when I go to (Gateway > Connection > Videotron Network) I can see the two DNS servers used, but I cannot edit them.

Good morning. At the moment, the DNS servers cannot be edited through 10.0.0.1 or through our Helix Fi mobile app.
I will certainly note your interest for our future updates though!
What you could do is to connect a personal router to the Helix gateway and activate the Bridge mode. That way, you would be able to edit the DNS servers in that router.
I know this is not the ideal solution but I would rather give you another avenue than leave you without a solution. Thank you!

ANY update with this problem ??? Still can not change DNS :(
Tell me Cedriks, Since I can not change the DNS adresse could you tell me what can I do to correct this LAGGING and ERROR page that i'm getting....
Here are the result of a Rtace Route that I did from my computer to the DNS on top of Mount Royal
We can CLEARLY se that i'm getting LAG

I called Videotron support but they don't seem to understand what I'm talking about and make me restart my helix terminal every time.JFrancoisD Unfortunately unable to reply to youy private message I do not see the Reply option ANYWHERE :'(
