How can I change the DNS servers used on my Helix Fi?
Morning, I was wondering how I could change the primary and secondary DNS servers on my Helix Fi via the web gateway (10.0.0.1)? Currently when I go to (Gateway > Connection > Videotron Network) ...
Tell me Cedriks, Since I can not change the DNS adresse could you tell me what can I do to correct this LAGGING and ERROR page that i'm getting....
Here are the result of a Rtace Route that I did from my computer to the DNS on top of Mount Royal
We can CLEARLY se that i'm getting LAG
Thanks in advance for any help that might guide me to a solution...
I called Videotron support but they don't seem to understand what I'm talking about and make me restart my helix terminal every time.
