I can't find any mentions of this anywhere... How am I able to set up my helix 2 borne as a router only? I know about bridge mode but that is if I want to use another router and use the helix 2 as a modem. If I leave Vidéotron will the modem portion of the router stop working as the service is cancelled and the router will keep working? or will the whole thing not work as I am no longer with Vidéotron? Long story short, I created an xbox account using aVideotron.ca email and now that my account has been hacked, the only way Microsoft will allow me to recover it is through, emailing them directly from the sign up email which was the videotron one. Having spoke to employees, only members registered before July 21st 2020 can create Videotron.ca emails. Would someone be willing to help me on this? They just need to make an email and I'll have my own password. I will pay.3,6 kVues0like0CommentairePackage Channels
I have been on the phone with customer service three or, four times now about my channel line up. Although, I am supposed to be able to change my channel line up once every 30 days, on my TV and in my customer center, I have not been able to do so. Any link that I click on leads me to an error page with a message to call and so I have called ....... and called ...... So, BBC Canada is no longer available and apparently, a random channel replaced it in my package. I want to switch out that random channel with Starz. I have asked if this is a premium channel and I was told not. The reps that I have spoken with say, give it time. They call me back and it's still not working. They call back again, and again, it's still not working. I was told I would have another call back yesterday. Never received it. Is there anyway to fix this issue myself?2 kVues1like0CommentaireWelcome to the new community members!
