Watching two shows at once

Hi,

With our terminal, we used to be able to watch two shows at once by pausing them both. Then we would be able to switch between the two channels and it would automatically start back where we left off before changing the channel so we would not miss anything. 

Is it possible to do this with Helix?

Hi! Right now this is not possible as the technology is vastly different. This being said, you can set for multiple recordings to happen at the same time, so this can be a solution for now. We're duly noting down your interest in being able to keep a channel paused while watching another. Thank you!

Can you stream two channels live and switch between for them for the sound?

Currently, only one channel or feed may be active at any one time with the Helix TV service (on a single terminal). We will however note your interest for multiple simultaneous streams.
