Time Shifting USA stations why not in HD??

Time Shifting USA stations why not in HD??

I recently took the time shifting package and to my disappointment the USA stations are not in HD? Why is this when Bell Fibe TV had them all in HD. 

I would hope Videotron will move forward with placing these stations and others in HD.
