Not in HD... Why?

I was wondering why are certain channels not available in HD? Shouldn't they all be?

Certain channels are only available in HD on new generation terminals and in modernized regions.

Due to the limited space on our bandwith, we prioritize our latest and most improved services to optimize our customer's experience.
