I have been attempting to watch the live TV feed [https://watch.globaltv.com/live-tv/global/] without luck.
This is a new occurrence. For the past year, I have had no issues signing in and watching the feed. However, beginning on August 12, the feed will not load and I get the message:
You are currently signed in with:
You have access to these channels:
I checked with Videotron and Global itself is a standard part of my cable package and I should still have access.
I have tried signing in and out using different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) on two different computers and re-booted my computer, modem, and cable box to no avail.
Please let me know what else I could do to remedy this situation.
