Helix TV Terminal Storage

Is is correct that the Helix TV terminals have no storage capacity and that ALL live TV AND recordings are delivered by Internet from Videotron's servers.  If so, does that mean that if there is any break in service to the server, then it is not possible to watch any TV, including recorded programs?

    Hi!

    It's true that Helix has Cloud DVR. But it's not just one server, it's an entire constellation of servers all working together to store and get your content to you. If one server breaks, the others simply pick up the slack and you get your content just as well!

    So it's not much of an issue, really :)
