Helix TV Remote

Hello,

Since the Helix Tv remote does not have a stop button (as it did on the Illico remote) to stop a tv recording you are watching or even a movie on demand. When I press pause on the screen it only shows to go forward or rewind or play but no stop option. 

Is there another way to stop what you are watching or the only way is to press the exit button on the remote?
