Helix TV app
When using the Helix tv app can you record and view tv? Do you have to pay extra for this feature?

You can view and record live TV using the Helix TV app.
If you have a Helix TV plan with a terminal, you automatically have at least 100 hours of recording, crossplatform.
If instead you have a Helix TV App plan with no terminal, you most likely do not have any recording hours included with your plan.
In both cases, you can choose to have more hours as an add on. The available hours are 100, 200 or unlimited.
Hope this helps !You have up to 100 hours of recording but in my opinion you should choose a reasonable TV app like netflix, for example, the app has more interesting things.
