Helix Remote

I had my audio receiver power on/off working on my Helix remote but is no longer working although the volume does work.

I have tried un pairing and repairing the remote but the power still does not work

Any suggestions ?

I also had my Panasonic audio receiver power on/off working on my Helix remote but it is no longer working nor is the volume.

I have tried un-pairing and re-pairing the remote but neither the power or volume works!

Did you guys change something on one of the updates?
