I cancelled my service on March 7, 2021. I recently received in April 20, 2021 an invoice in a credit balance and was expecting a refund for an overpayment. Call Videotron on April 26 , 2021 and was told it will take another 3 weeks to get my overpayment back. This is not acceptable. When you are late on your payment you get cut off after 3 days late but in the other side of the spectrum Videotron takes months to refund an overpayment. This is very annoying and a pain to deal with them
