Refund for overpay

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get Videotron to pay you back the money that they overcharged you?

I cancelled my account in January and since February I have a balance of -140$. For me, that's a lot of money!

I have called Videotron many times and they always say that the cheque is coming, but it has been almost 6 months and nothing!

I paid more and now they are just making h*ll to give MY MONEY BACK.

Any ideas?

  • I canceled my services last Friday and today I received my last bill and it has only the indemnity fee and they didn't substract or mention the overcharge of one month (the amount they charge in the first bill) what did you do to get it

      Everything will be settled next month.
      If you got your invoice this weekend and canceled on Friday, it means you just canceled after your billing period which started at least a week before you cancelled.
