Pooling family data plan

Hi!  I currently have 3 mobile accounts with Videotron:

1) 6gigs/mo;
2) 7gigs/mo
3) Talk and text only.

As the user of the 2nd phone rarely goes over 2 gigs, would it be possible to share the remaining 5 gigs among the other two phones (1 & 2).

no this is not possible on "personnal" plans. 

only the business plans can share data.
