Family Plan - Teen Talk and Text

For this new promotion, do the plans allow for talk and text across Canada at anytime day or night?  I cant find detaled information on the site.

    You can call wide canada and text. There's no data on the plan. You should call the costumer service and they will give you more information on the promotion.
