no cell service in maui

I cannot make calls or check voicemail in Maui on my LG Gx8. Calls to me go directly to voicemail .

The phone status says connected to AT&T and LTE service. 

I have restarted my phone and also tried using " Network Operators" - > " set Automatically " AT& T is always chosen .
