Issues with texts not being delivered or being sent many times

We’ve been having a lot of problems with text messages either not being delivered, or being delivered multiple times, sometimes an hour after it was sent. Anyone else have issues?

We’re still having problems sending texts, it’s really annoying. Can’t get through to anyone on the chat. This’ll be the last Videotron contract we sign. We’ll pick someone better next time.

I chatted with someone online and they suggested resetting networking settings. That didn't help.
