Deactivating voicemail
Good afternoon,
I receive a lot of unwanted messages and would therefore like to turn off my voicemail. How do I go about doing that?

- Contact Videotron customer service....by phone or chat. They can switch your voicemail for call forwarding just to deactivate the voicemail. This is what I did.
