You can always suspend your Helix services for a period of time ranging from 1 to 6 months. The fees are $49.95, there are no reconnection fees when reactivating services. You can do this suspension only once per calendar year (January to December). I have three additional questions:
1- If I suspend the service, will I be billed for the whole month or for the period that elapsed between my last bill and the date of suspension?
2- How do I reinstate the service after suspending it?
3- I am already away. Am I correct in understanding that all I have to do is send a message through https://videotron.com/en/contact-us requesting the suspension of the service?

1) your bill is going to be prorated as of when the service will be suspended
2) We need a return date when you suspend your service.
3) You can proceed either by direct chat over our website or over the phone.
