My current internet provider is a reseller using the Videotron infrastructure. Service has been deteriorating in the last couple of months so I'd like to switch to Videotron, but I work from home and can't afford to have any interruption of service. If I subscribe to Videotron, will they take care of cancelling the other service or do I need to cancel before I make the call to Videotron?

When you open an account with Vidéotron, it is possible to ask your current provider to stop the service once the Vidéotron services are installed and fully working. To have more information, we suggest contacting the customer service team at 1-866-706-5601; they will be happy to help!
