Hi,
I wish to consult the logs on my Helix router.
Under Troubleshooting > Logs, I can download System Logs and Firewall Logs, for up to 90 days, and these load and can be downloaded no problem.
But when I try to call up Event Logs, after giving the usual "This action may take more than one minute" message (and I accept), it says "Operation in Progress"... "This may take several seconds". And it spins, and spins, and spins, and nothing more happens. Finally, I get the message "Alert - Something went wrong, please try again".
I've tried it in Edge, I've tried it in Chrome, I've dumped all my cookies, I've tried in "Guest Mode", but nothing works.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there some other way to get logs? (A CLI interface would be awesome...)
