Why are my Videotron and Hélix bills separate and why isn't Hélix automatic withdrawal like Videotro

I've just switched from Illico to Hélix. I also have my two cell phones with Videotron. Why is the billing for the two services separate? And how can I get automatic withdraw for payment on Hélix like I have for my phones on Videotron?
