YouTube app on Helix blocking videos

The onboard YouTube app on Helix was working fine for weeks, and now it is blocking most all videos. Suggests using a G Suite account. (restricted mode basically). The same videos play fine the TV's youtube app, a computer, tablet and phone using the same user logged in. I've double and triple checked the Parental Controls, and they are all off on the Helix portal. What's up??
