Safari and https://helix.videotron.com

Hi, 

 

Are any of you experiencing issues with viewing Helix on the safari browser? When I view the video is blank after 30 seconds and never comes back. Audio continues but no video. This is for all channels. Works fine with Firefox.

    Hi Julie, Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried it in the past and it works for about 30 seconds and then the screen goes black. The last few days it has been working. Might be an update issue concerning safari. I have the latest one and it seems to be ok for now.

    Hi! If emptying the cache doesn't fix this issue, please check that safari is up to date.
