Recordings on Helix TV Device
Is it possible to program repeating recordings limited to a specific channel, time and e.g. day of week? For example, record a specific series on Channel X every Wednesday from 8-9PM --- and nothing else.
I can program single-event recordings and also "all new episodes". However, the latter option seems to find way too many instances, even if restricted to a single channel. Perhaps the program guide is not populated properly, but in any case, I can't do what I want.
I could do this just fine on Illico. Is there a way of doing it on Helix?

Unfortunately, based on current information, **Helix does not offer the precise repeating recording functionality you're looking for** (specific channel, exact time, and specific day of the week, excluding all other airings). While you can do single events and "all new episodes," the latter is often inaccurate. You might have to manually schedule each weekly recording as a workaround, as true recurring scheduling with your desired granularity seems unavailable on Helix. Contacting Videotron support might provide insights into future feature updates.
