No 4k channels with brand new OLED tv
I just bought a LG C1 and I'm getting the 'not using the 4k cable' error when trying to watch the 4k channels.
Using the same hdmi cable on my old tv, the 4k channels worked fine, so I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what could be causing them not to show on my new tv.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi varunaX1,
Regarding the error you are getting, you need to make sure your HDMI cable is HDMI 2.0 / 2.1.
Older HDMI cables, like HDMI 1.4, could do some 4k but it's not made to support the full bandwidth of 4k.
