Increase Helix cloud storage
Hi, is Helix limited to 100Gb of cloud storage or is there a way to get more? If so, how much does it cost? Thanks
Hi, Helix is currently limited to 100 GB of cloud storage, and there isn’t an option to purchase additional choice advantage login storage at this time. Thanks!
Hello monika532lara !
There are some addons that can be selected to increase the cloud storage with our Helix TV and Helix TV app services.
Please note that the storage space is calculated in hours, not in data capacity.
With the Helix TV service, you can get a total of 200 hours of storage for 3$/month+taxes or an unlimited cloud storage space for 5$/month+taxes.
With the Helix TV App, you can get 100 hours of storage for 10$/month+taxes (since the cloud storage is not included with that plan), 200 hours for 13$/month+taxes or an unlimited storage space for 15$/month+taxes.
Feel free to contact us to check what can be added to your file, according to your services.
