Increase Helix cloud storage

Hi, is Helix limited to 100Gb of cloud storage or is there a way to get more? If so, how much does it cost? Thanks

Hi there.

 

Are you talking about the storage limit for recordings ? If so, for 3,00$ a month you can double the storage limit to 200 Gb, and for 5,00$ you can have unlimited storage. This can be done in your Helix customer center.
