SAME SAME SAME PROBLEM,
I've contacted Helix regarding this a few times and they give the same answer each time. I'm told it's to do with a Patent Infringement?? We had all the same functions before with IIlico and now it's a step backward. It has been causing a lot of problems at our place as a well as a few of my friends who went to Helix. Not very good advertising for HELIX!I was told that this PROBLEM was only temporary. As soon as they "figure it out" they will have the RESUME FUNCTION back on our Helix.
Oh Yeah, as well as a proper slow-motion capability ..........so I was told.
I wonder if anyone at Helix reads all our forum discussions? Letting those in charge know exactly how we feel might speed up the remedy?

Hi Gunther,
We had to make adjustments to certain replay and viewing history features to meet technical requirements related to a technological invention patent. As part of these changes, the resume viewing feature has been removed on all Helix platforms. This is not a permanent situation and our teams are actively working to further develop our platforms and improve your user experience. The solution will be rolled out soon for the Helix TV terminals.
