Helix Resume glitch
I have been calling Videotron support since December about an issue with the "resume" feature. I cannot watch 2 events at the same time (with 2 recorded) as the resume always goes back to the start of the recorded program.
Illico did not require you to record 1 of the programs. You could just go between the 2 and it would resume properly. 2 or 8 programs were automatically being recorded.
In any case, I have been trying to get info on when this would be fixed. No help at all. But I was told that Videotron uses Comcast Xfinity SW. Which I did not know. Turns out this is not a bug.
I'm not sure which is more frustrating: Not having the primary feature for which I have Helix (recording sports) or no one at Videotron seemingly being aware of the issue

I’ve seen a few users mentioning the Helix Resume glitch recently, and it can be quite disruptive. A helpful reference I found is Cherokee County Records which has some useful public info. Issues like this usually clear up after updates, but they can be annoying while they persist. Hopefully the fix rolls out soon so everything runs smoothly again.
