Why is videotron not a service provider for the citytv app? Will it be a service provider soon? There is a show I would like to watch on demand but can’t access it.

If that happens, I think there will be some news.
That sounds really frustrating, especially with such a fast connection. Sometimes Steam just assigns a slower download region even when everything looks correct on your end. I’ve run into similar issues before, and switching the server manually helped a bit. While checking on this, I was also using a handy tool—the Free GPA calculator—and it reminded me how differently some services perform depending on their setup. Maybe try testing on another device or using a wired connection to narrow down the cause

If your provider is not currently listed as a Citytv distributor, we encourage you to call them directly and let them know your interest in accessing this content.
Clearly, Videotron seems to have some control.
