Why Quebec taxes for Ontario based phone?

I received my invoice where I am being charged QST of 9.975% My billing address is Ontario so it should be 8%.   Can someone clarify on this?

    You simply need te call them. They will be able to make the change for you.

Thank you Nicaii -- Yes, I called them and they corrected the invoices and my region so it should not happen in the future.
