Voicemail stopped working after changing ringer

After using *94 to change the number of rings, the voicemail no longer comes on. How do I reinstate it and the original recorded message?

    Hello robtain,

     

    Indeed, the HDMI port labelled as "Input" is inactive. The current functionalities of the terminal and Helix TV service do not use this port.

      You wrote “Indeed” which means we can use it, right ?
      And you also wrote : “input is inactive”

      Is it inactive because helix doesn’t use it or it’s totally Inactive ?

        The port is inactive due to the current firmware meaning, you won't be able to use it. 

        Right now, we do not have any news if it will someday become active. Thank you!

    Hi! If this pertains to a landline, please try the following:

    Dial *90, wait 2 seconds, than hang up.
    Then dial *92, wait 2 seconds, then hang up.
    Finally, to be absolutely sure, dial *94, wait 2 seconds, then press on the number of desired rings, then wait 2 seconds, then hang up.

    Your voicemail should now work as expected!
