Voicemail in English?
I am trying to activate my voicemail but it seems to be only in French, and I don't understand it. Suggestions?

I had to do this to change the language... access my voicemail
press 4
press 2
press 8 to change the language of your voicemail. for english press 1.
also, to chose the language for callers, press 9... for english press 1.
if that doesn't work, you might have to call support.

First of all welcome to the Videotron Community.
You will find the procedure to do the initial setup of your voicemail on our support website: http://support.videotron.com/residential/telephony/how-use-voice-mail/set-up-voicemail
Once that's done, you will be able to follow Anonyme's instruction to switch to english.
