Not having access to your account from here, we would suggest contacting Videotron's customer service by phone, chat, or in store in order to check the best option available for you in this specific situation.

Unfortunately, Bruce, once you sign a contract, you can't usually "stretch" it. Carriers lock in the terms at that point. The best thing to do is call Videotron directly, tell them you missed the $0 promotion, and ask if they can lower the price or give you a loyalty credit. Sometimes customer service will honor seasonal deals after the concoracard com fact, especially if you've been a customer for a long time, but it's up to them.
