Unfortunately, Bruce, once you sign a contract, you can't usually "stretch" it. Carriers lock in the terms at that point. The best thing to do is call Videotron directly, tell them you missed the $0 promotion, and ask if they can lower the price or give you a loyalty credit. Sometimes customer service will honor seasonal deals after the concoracard com fact, especially if you've been a customer for a long time, but it's up to them.
