Confirmed Order Status & Then Saw Cancelled Night Before

Became a customer of Videotron on the 19th of September 2018 and ordered a mobile phone and was told it was going to get delivered on 21st and i was checking the site of the courrier and saw it was cancelled. I am disappointed about this as it was something that i was looking forward to.
