Anonyme, bien au courant de ce que vous me dites, mais comme nous sommes en ville, le signal faible intermittent fait en sorte que le téléphone retourne toujours à Vidéotron, mais il n'est pas assez puissant pour être utilisé. C'est comme être en bordure de la couverture tout en étant en ville.
Mon garçon utilise à peine PRTNR 2 puisque en plus du problème à l'école, il ne peut le forcer.
Donc son téléphone est inutilisable, et mes options sont de lui trouver un téléphone comparable avec Vidéotron (tel le LG G6, mais il ne voudra pas laisser aller son Pixel), ou comme vous dites, aller avec Bell ou Telus.
À Ottawa, quand on a goûté à Bell et Telus, difficile d'aller ailleurs, sur beaucoup d'aspects (couverture, vitesse, temps de connexion des appels, vitesse des SMS - imaginez donc).

J'ai bien hâte moi aussi de migrer vers un forfait LTE (je suis encore pris en 3G à cause de mon vieux forfait ... :( ) Éventuellement vidéotron va surement nous faire une offre :)

Le réseau 302-500 a des tours trop loins les unes des autres pour être fiable.
Mon garçon a aussi changé d'appareil et celui-ci va beaucoup mieux à l'école. De plus, il peut maintenant utiliser VoLTE et VoWiFi.
