What is my router login information?
I'd had my router set up for about a year now. In that time, I've changed my e-mail and have completely forgotten my password. How do I get my information back?
Hi! The router is actually completely separate from your user centre account. If you've forgotten the router's admin password or the WiFi password, you can simply restore the router back to factory defaults. To do that, press on its "reset" button behind it, and hold it down for 30 secs.
Your router login info is usually on a sticker on the router. Common default
Username: admin
Password: admin or password.
You can also check your manual or ISP documentation.
