Can I just leave my home phone and disconnect my Internet. I have an alarm system and I do not want my alarm system be disrupted. I want to know if I can cancel my Internet without disturbing my phone to support my alarm.

It is possible to cancel the Internet and keep the Home Phone service. In this case, the alarm system will not be disrupted. To complete your request, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by phone at 1-877-512-0911 and select option 4. An agent will be happy to assist you.
