Really bad ping to Mihoyo Game servers

Same problem. The last week of december 2024 it was back to 30ms but since the beginning of January 2025, the ping is really bad and back to 100ms+. All my friends with Bell = no problem = 20 ms. I called customer service several times, none of them have a clue.
I asked them to ping the mihoyo server and have a senior technician call me back. It was early December 2024. No return call.
I have been a customer for 30 years, service received not great.
