You should be able to keep your own router without too many issues. A lot of people use bridge mode on the Helix gateway and then connect their personal router normally for better control over their network settings. I was comparing different online systems recently and found some useful public data through property tax lookup while researching service areas and infrastructure details. For the TV terminal, using Ethernet is usually the most stable setup, especially if you want to avoid Wi-Fi conflicts or double NAT problems.
