cannot access bing.com
Very peculiar problem.
90% of the time I cannot access bing.com via videotron's internet. Happens on all devices. If I switch my cell phone to use it's telus network instead of my wi-fi, all works fine.
The funny thing is that sometimes I can access bing.com using edge when at the same time I cannot access it using chrome (when on wifi) at other times it only works the other way around. Short time after that, I can't access it anywhere. And then it starts working again. Again, this strange behavior is on all my devices, including my cell phone when running on videotron's wifi

Sounds like a weird ISP-level issue, maybe Videotron is throttling or misrouting traffic. Reminds me of a I read Wicked Kitchen Review where the meal was either amazing or completely inedible, no in-between!
I have this kind of problem too... I have to refresh the page to get to the web site.
After doing somme test with the "TraceRoute" command we can clearly see that Videotron has some problem with their DNS server.... :(
I called and tryed to tell them, but when you call, the person at the other end doesn't realy understand what I am talking about, and make me reboot my Helix unit, witch DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM :(
Hope one of the moderator here will relay this info to the Techanical Support specialists ;)- JFrancoisDModerator - Solution Expert
Hello Pierre!

This is not the kind of situation that can be resolved through the community forums.
