cannot access bing.com
Very peculiar problem. 90% of the time I cannot access bing.com via videotron's internet. Happens on all devices. If I switch my cell phone to use it's telus network instead of my wi-fi, all work...
I have this kind of problem too... I have to refresh the page to get to the web site.
After doing somme test with the "TraceRoute" command we can clearly see that Videotron has some problem with their DNS server.... :(
I called and tryed to tell them, but when you call, the person at the other end doesn't realy understand what I am talking about, and make me reboot my Helix unit, witch DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM :(
Hope one of the moderator here will relay this info to the Techanical Support specialists ;)
