Can't access bing.com

Sorry for the double post (can't access bing.com - La Communauté Vidéotron - 43877 (videotron.com)).

I wanted to add to the topic but didn't figure out how to do it. I wanted to add that when bing.com can't be accessed on videotron, ping stops at e86303.dscx.akamaidge.net. That is, the dns returns this as the address of bing.com, whereas when bing is accessible it simply returns one of its IP addresses.  Please note again, that all works fine when using telus as the service provider.
