I have been on the phone with customer service three or, four times now about my channel line up. Although, I am supposed to be able to change my channel line up once every 30 days, on my TV and in my customer center, I have not been able to do so. Any link that I click on leads me to an error page with a message to call and so I have called ....... and called ...... So, BBC Canada is no longer available and apparently, a random channel replaced it in my package. I want to switch out that random channel with Starz. I have asked if this is a premium channel and I was told not. The reps that I have spoken with say, give it time. They call me back and it's still not working. They call back again, and again, it's still not working. I was told I would have another call back yesterday. Never received it. I received three calls from Quebecor. I thought that it might be someone trying to sell me a newspaper subscription or, to poll me about the upcoming election so, I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message. I have now come to realize that this was Videotron calling. may I suggest that if Videotron wants to call a client that they should ensure that the call display reads " Videotron" and that the person or, machine leaves a message on the voice mail. If I may also suggest - if you are going to email a client, it would be best to use the name of the account holder instead of "Dear Customer". In the past, I have received false emails that looked to be from Videotron. I would like to switch out a channel that I already have for the E Channel. I just spoke with a Videotron representative on the phone and he told me that this channel could be found on 725. I have been on the phone with Cideotron well over 8 times since last week. Changes were made to my plans & I took notes so that I would remember what the changes were. I called back to ask another question and the next person that I talked to said that the changes were not made. This has happened now with three different changes.
