Just got Helix last week ; I taught I was getting an upgrade, not so!

I was with Videotron on the old platform, just moved to helix; I taught this was an upgrade from what I had but absolutely not. You can't select your free channels as change is not permanent when using the guide option. Even worst, the option is not even available using the up/down CH button, a non-sense.

Helix is complicated, not stable and I totally regret having switched to it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HELIX TO ANYONE!
