J'ai appeler hier le support et j'ai réussi cette fois a avoir ma réponse de votre département d'ingénérie.
Donc pour les amateurs de Port Forwarding d'un port externe X à un port Interne Y veuillez savoir que l'option n'est plus disponible depuis les dernière mise à jour.
Effective, comme @Kira nous montre sur son image. l'option étais disponible avant la mise en marché de Helix pour ceux qui étais en mode BETA.
Les consommateurs comme vous et moi n'auront pas cette fonctionnalité pour l'instant et il est impossible de savoir si nous l'aurons un jours.
Aureusement je suis dans mes 30 premiers jours et je vais pouvoir retourner mon équipement suite à la politique \"satisfaction 30 jours\".

Wow... il me semble que c'est une fonction tellement de base que ça devrait venir par défaut dans tous les routeurs... dommage que Vidéotron aie décider de l'enlever. Je me demande bien pour quelle raison cela a été fait.
ceci dit, il y a toujours une possibilité de mettre la borne Helix en bridge et utiliser votre propre routeur... mais même si cette solution existe, ce n'est pas une raison pour enlever cette fonction de la borne Helix.

Effectivement j'ai oublier de mentionner qu'il existe une solution et que vous pouvez acheter à 250$ un routeur (ex: Asus RT-AC86U) et mettre votre borne Helix à 252$ +tx en mode bridge.

another issue is you cannot have the same ports forwarded on different devices. for example: i play Call Of Duty Warzone on PC and Call Of Duty: Vanguard on Console, both games using similar port number/port ranges, but i cannot forward the same port number/port range on more than 1 device at a time, as a message appears \"this port is already assigned, remove this rule or delete the port forward in order to proceeed\". this means im constantly adding, deleting, re/adding ports between both devices depending on what i decide to play and on what platform i choose to play it on.
