My services were cancelled for march 27, when i tried to return my equipment the covid situation excalated and everywhere was closed, i was told even if i found a store that was open they would not take the equipment back.. i called customer service 2 times, and both times i was told not to worry and that a note was put in my file.. this does not resolve the fact that i really need me credit returned to me asap. What can i do?
