My 92 year old mother-in-law was judt told by Videotron that she can no longer receive her cable invoice by mail, only by email. She has no internet-no email, therefore, they told her, no TV. She has been a customer of Videotron for over 40 years. Obviously she is not of the digital age, but I can't believe they are forcing her out because she has no email address to receive her bills. Why don't they just charge her the cost of the stamp and continue as they have done for all these years. Have they no compassion? Can they not make exceptions for long-time customers?

Don't worry there is solution 🙂 By calling at the customer service ( 1-877-380-2511) they can set her account so she can continue to receive her bill by mail 🙂
