I am sorry to read that you would like to remove your internet and TV services. Regarding the Helix equipment, when you are done paying them, they are yours to keep, it is not possible to return them in a store. Regarding you pod that still have a balance on it, if you remove the service, you will need to pay the months left and the pod will be yours, it is not possible to return it for a refund.
